****POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE **** So normally I purchase costumes from http://buycostumes.com for Halloween but this year I was looking for a specific costume. So I ordered a Large (even though I'm normally a Medium just in case - I really wanted this costume. So I ordered it on October 21st and I got it a few days later. Well, I tried it on and it didn't fit. It was a huge blow to my self-esteem at first (jeez - did I gain a lot of weight or what?) but then I realized that the measurements for the chest of this costume (a large is supposed to be 38-39.5") weren't correct. The chest actually measured 34'5" (which is in the measurement range for a small costume). I looked on my invoice and didn't see any information about returning my costume so I went online to see what their return policy is (since it cost $40 for this costume I wanted to get my money back). After a few minutes I see that between October 15-31 there are no returns. I cannot believe it - here I have a defective costume and I can do nothing. So I call them up to see if there is anything they would be willing to do - I mean this isn't a case of me simply not liking a costume - I love the costume - it is mis-labeled. So I call them up and tell them what happened and was told that they have a strict no return policy and they could offer me 15% for my DEFECTIVE costume. I couldn't believe it. They admitted that it was a defective costume and were willing to do NOTHING to remedy my situation. I am appalled. What kind of company will send out defective merchandise and then hide behind a no return for 2 weeks out of the year policy? What kind of customer service is that? I will NEVER order from this company again. After I found out about their policy I checked out another website to see if this was a common practice among online costume retailers and I found out it WASN'T. Why use a company that uses the Halloween season to get around good customer service - no thank you http://Buycostumes.com I will never stray from you again - I am so sorry

This is a great coustume no mader what anybody says.Thre pants may be really small but if you can make your own your all good!I made my own pants and a tutu and I looked beautiful!
