Do you accept returns? 
Most items can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do NOT refund any shipping charges. ANY AND ALL ORDER WITH FREE SHIPPING WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE TO COVER ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS. For International orders the same applies but no duties, taxes or customs fees are refunded under any circumstance. Please view our more detailed return policy below.
How soon will I be refunded if I return an item?
Once your package has been received at costumekingdom.com, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 7 business days, during Halloween please allow up to 2 weeks. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information. Can I exchange my item?
If you need a different size item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and then return the item(s) you have already received. We do this to ensure the item you want is available and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). Our returns policy still applies to all exchanges.
How do I return an item?
Costume Kingdom will gladly take a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we strictly adhere to our basic return rules.
Item must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Any item received back with signs of wear, is missing pieces or without original undamaged packaging will not be refunded and will be discarded. Items returned later than our 14 day policy will not be accepted.
Any order that contains 4 or more of the same item and they are returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all other return policies apply.
The following Items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances, this is done for sanitary reasons.
- Wigs, beards and facial hair
- Make up, teeth and or fangs
- Hosiery and undergarments
- Shoes and boots ( Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging
are not returnable.)
PLEASE make sure all packages have the order number clearly written on the outside of the box, NO RETURNED PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Most returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the product back. During October and November this process may take 2-4 weeks.
