ATTENTION: Some costume styles are subject to slight changes due to production changes by the manufacturers. We rarely get notified of these changes by the manufacturer as they can be very slight. We will do our best to make any changes to the description and or picture as soon as notified. Thank you for understanding and sorry for any inconvenience that may have occurred.
How do I know what size to buy?
We have used the manufacturers specifications to provide you with the most accurate size chart we could available. If an item does not allow you to select a size, this means that it comes only in the one size. Every item has a link on the page that allows you to view the size chart. If you are in-between sizes or unsure, as a rule of thumb it is always best to go up one size, especially for children’s costumes as well as more revealing adult costumes.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Google checkout.
How can I be sure my order was received?
On the final step of checkout you will get a confirmation message that your order has been confirmed. In addition the email address you submitted during checkout will be emailed a confirmation receipt. It is very important to enter a valid email address as you will be receiving a order confirmation as well as relevant tracking and shipment information.
I was in the middle of making a purchase when my computer froze, what do I do now?
If you get to the last screen and get a confirmation number then your order has been made and we will email you tracking as soon as it ships. More than likely in all other instances your order did not get processed and we advise you to go through and place the order from the start. Remember that we always email order confirmations so if you did not get one when your computer froze then you did not complete the order all the way through.
I am getting a credit card or address error message when I checkout, what do I do?
We have set up guidelines for our orders to be approved through our credit card processor. If you receive a error it is very likely one of the following 4 errors occurred. Your card number was entered incorrectly, the billing address does not match where you receive your statements, the expiration is not correct, or the 3-4 digit CVV number does not match the card. Please verify the credit card information as well as the billing address was typed in correctly or your order will not process. If you need further assistance please contact us or your financial institution.
If an item is out of stock when will you get more?
We do our best to stock every costume all year long. If the product you are interested in not in stock you can enter your email address on the screen to be notified when that item becomes available. We do not have estimated arrival dates on out of stock items but are aggressively trying to bring them back in stock. Halloween is an especially busy time of the year for us and manufacturers do often run out for the season. We do stock over 3000 items so if one item is out, you can be sure you will find something else to make you happy.

My package was undeliverable or refused what happens now?
If you decide to refuse any shipments or the package is undeliverable as addressed, the package will be returned to sender. We will contact you if it was returned as undeliverable and figure out with you how and why this happened. All refused packages will be handled as returns and you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred upon the package being returned back to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We enter in your shipping information electronically on our shipping labels, so please make sure you check your information before submitting your order.
How do I know my credit card and personal information is safe?
All credit card information is processed through the one of the world’s leading merchant processors, with their SSL technology it safeguards all your information. How much does shipping cost?
We determine the shipping fees you pay based on weight of the package as well as level of service. Please read our shipping information for more details. In addition when you add a item your cart our standard shipping fees will be displayed in the mini shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of any page on our website.
When will my order ship?
We know how important it is to get your package in a timely manner. That is why we usually ship all domestic orders placed by 2pm Pacific Standard time MON-FRI THE SAME DAY!!!!!. Take advantage of our hard work ethic and speed.
How long will my shipment take?
Estimated time of arrival has most to do with the level of shipping method you select. Most packages are processed within 1-2 business days. We are located in Southern California and Standard shipping typically takes between 3-6 business days anywhere in the Continental U.S. from the time of shipment. We offer expedited shipping services depending on how fast you need your item. These expedited options are reasonably priced and you will have this option at checkout. How do I track my package?
After your order has been successfully completed Costume Kingdom will begin the process of packaging and shipping your order. When the order is shipped we will send you a email notification to the email address provided with the tracking number and estimated date of delivery.
Can I ship to a different address or make a purchase for someone else?
Yes, we allow during checkout for you to submit a different ship to address. As long as your credit card billing information matches and is approved we allow you to ship to a different address, whether it be your work address or a friend or family member.

Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
If your shipping address is in one of the US states that requires a sales tax charge, the tax will be included in the order total at checkout. Please review your states sales tax policy for more information. Shipping fees are not calculated with sales tax.
Can I change or cancel my order?
At Costume Kingdom we pride ourselves on fast shipping and reliable service. Orders are picked, packed and processed rapidly and if the your order has gone through to our warehouse it is too late to make any changes. Any cancellation of a order once the item is in processing will be treated as a returned item and will be subject to our return policy.
How do I get a coupon code?
The best way to get a coupon code is to submit your email address in our email sign up box located on our home page and look out for special offers only given to our email subscribers.
How do I use a coupon code or gift card?
When you are going through our online checkout there will be a field for you to input any code you may have received.
Do you have a printed catalog you can mail me?
No we do not. Our products change very quickly so in order to show you the most up to date inventory, we only show it on our site.

Yes, we pride ourselves on only stocking the best costumes through the best manufactures. We only stock items from reputable costume manufacturers.
