Return Policy

Hassle Free Returns

At you can feel safe knowing we offer Hassle Free Returns.

Our return policy is that you have 14 days from the time you get your order to return it. Some small restrictions do apply. All items must be returned complete with undamaged packaging and all pieces neatly included for eligibility.

We are unable to accept returns on orders placed between October 15th and November 15.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you accept returns?*

Most items can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do NOT refund any shipping charges. Any and all orders with a free shipping promotion will be credited back the price of the item less the cost of what it cost us to ship the item out to you. (Most items $6.50-7.50). For International orders the same applies no duties, taxes or customs fees are refunded under any circumstance.
The following Items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances; this is done for sanitary reasons.

  • Wigs, beards and facial hair
  • Make up, teeth and or fangs
  • Hosiery and undergarments
  • Shoes and boots (Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable.)

Any order that contains 4 or more of the same item and is returned is considered a special order and is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all other return policies apply.
Once orders are placed it is impossible for us to cancel them since we ship out most orders within hours after the order is placed and if you need to cancel it you must wait to get the package and then return it using our return form.

Please avoid keeping your package around strong odors such as cigarette smoke. If you have to make a return, we cannot repackage items that contain such odors for sanitary reasons and must return it to you at your cost.

Can I exchange my item?

If you need a different size item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and then return the item(s) you have already received. We do this to ensure the item you want is still available and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). Our returns policy still applies to all exchanges

How soon will I be refunded if I return an item?

Once your package has been received at, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return, during Halloween please allow up to 2 weeks. You will be notified via email when this refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
